Our Sample Development Process

Quality Commitment

At SXF Machinery, quality is built into the full lifecycle of every machine. We follow the principle of technology-based development, quality-oriented manufacturing, and customer-first service, with the goal of delivering stable, durable, and cost-effective thermoforming equipment for long-term production use. From machine design to final delivery, every stage is managed with clear quality standards and internal control procedures.

  • Quality-focused manufacturing for plastic thermoforming machinery
  • Emphasis on stability, durability, and long-term machine performance
  • Internal quality standards applied throughout design, production, and delivery
  • Continuous improvement based on production data and customer feedback

Quality Control

Our quality foundation is supported by coordinated strengths in design, precision processing, supplier management, standardized assembly, and multi-level inspection. We do not rely on a single checkpoint. Instead, we build machine quality through a complete support system that begins before production and continues through final acceptance.

R&D Capability

With a professional R&D team and extensive experience in plastic machinery, we ensure every machine features optimized structure, stable operation, and reliable safety protection through repeated simulation, testing, and strict compliance with industry standards.

Precision Machining

Equipped with advanced in-house manufacturing facilities, we independently complete machining, sheet metal fabrication, welding, and polishing processes. Strict tolerance control and precision machining of key components ensure stable operation, reduced noise and wear, and extended machine service life.

High-Quality Supply Chain

We implement a strict supplier evaluation and management system, sourcing raw materials, steel, electrical components, hydraulic and pneumatic parts, and standard components from qualified and trusted industry brands. All purchased and outsourced parts undergo strict inspection to ensure reliable quality and stable machine performance.

Standardized Production and Assembly

Our workshop follows standardized production procedures with detailed operation manuals, assembly standards, and process documentation. Each assembly stage is carried out by dedicated technicians with strict quality inspections, ensuring consistent assembly quality, neat workmanship, and reliable machine performance.

Full-Process Inspection System

We implement a five-level quality control system covering incoming material inspection, in-process inspection, semi-finished inspection, final machine inspection, and trial operation testing. Our dedicated QC team monitors every stage to ensure each machine meets strict internal standards before delivery.

Quality Control

Production Quality Control

Quality control is carried out throughout the entire process from procurement, processing, assembly, commissioning to final inspection.

All incoming materials need to be checked for their specifications, appearance and related documents.

During the production process, self-inspection, mutual inspection and regular inspection are conducted to prevent defective components or processes from entering the next stage.

Key parts such as machine frames, rollers, mold bases and transmission systems are monitored as critical control points.

Machine Testing and Quality Targets

Before delivery, each machine must complete static inspection, no-load running, simulated production testing, and final acceptance checks.

Our team verifies machine structure, fastening status, wiring, piping, safety protection, running stability, speed, temperature control, transmission actions, and control system response.

In addition to process control, we also follow clear internal quality targets to maintain stable and repeatable machine quality.

  • 100% Incoming material inspection pass rate
  • >=99.5% First-pass qualification rate for key machined parts
  • >=99.8% Final machine inspection qualification rate
  • 100% Trial running pass rate before shipment
  • <=0.3% Effective customer quality complaint rate

Product Execution Standards and Quality Specifications

All the plastic thermoforming cup machines, multi-station thermoforming machines, and sheet extrusion machines of our company are designed, manufactured, and inspected in strict accordance with national mechanical industry standards, general technical conditions for plastic machinery, and safety regulations. At the same time, we have formulated internal control standards that are higher than industry requirements. In terms of processing accuracy, equipment stability, energy consumption control, safety performance, and durability, we impose stricter requirements. The equipment is compatible with various plastic sheet production conditions, operates stably, has a low failure rate, and meets the needs of continuous and large-scale production.

Quality Control

After-Sales Quality Tracking and Continuous Improvement

Quality control continues after machine delivery. We follow up on machine operation, collect customer feedback, and respond to quality-related issues in a timely manner.

By reviewing service records, inspection data, and actual operating performance, we continuously improve machine design, production processes, and overall product reliability.

  • Regular follow-up on machine operation after delivery
  • Timely response to customer feedback and quality-related issues
  • Review of service records and operating performance
  • Continuous improvement of machine design and production processes
  • Long-term focus on reliability, stability, and customer satisfaction
